Three course dinner [starter, main course & dessert] US$16.00 [Lobster US$20.00]. Main course choice includes:
- Fillet of tilapia poached in parsley sauce or fried in batter
- Jamaican-style pork chops in a thick spicy onion sauce
- Jamaican-style braised breast of chicken in a rich barbeque sauce
- Steak Supreme sauté-ed with seasoned sweet pepper, onion & tomato
- Vegetable hot-pot in a coconut cream casserole sauce with rice
- Spaghetti Bolognese [or vegetarian pasta] with parmesan cheese & olives
- Freshly caught local lobster served hot [creole, garlic or curried style] or cold [salad] [US$20.00]

Pancake served with local mango or guava syrup; Banana Flambe with local rum; Fresh Fruits; Ice Cream [3 scoops] or US$1.00 per scoop with other desserts
Special Note: We are always happy to cook [steam, roast, fry or stew] any fresh fish you might buy on the beach when the local fishermen land their catch [usually early morning or late afternoon]... just ask our staff.
Note 1: breakfast is served whenever you're ready between 7.00 and 11.00am
Note 2: children can have extra juice in place of either tea or coffee
Note 3: a 10% service charge is added to all bills to cover staff gratuities
